For Xiaomi camera use the smaller screws to screw the Xiaomi bottom mount to the base and tighten with the nuts provided. Easy cable management so that USB cable doesn't dangle everywhere. Sticks properly to plaster wall, just choose the flattest and most level part of the wall so that the adhesive maxmises its effectiveness. No problem on tiled wall. Remember to clean wall before sticking it on.
