delivery was quick, and product was exactly as shown. I was deciding either to get the 13.3 size or 14.1 size for my older laptop that is a lot thicker, so I got the bigger one. but actually you don’t really need to size it up because it’s a soft material so it can be slightly stretched to fit! it might be a little thin for those who hand carry it, but it’s fine if you’re just looking for a protection from scratches when you place your laptop in your bag :) the zip is super smooth!

Zipper is smooth. Sponge protects against knocks but not drops/falls. Get an additional cover (1 size larger) for extra protection against drops/falls. Overall acceptable item.
