Performance:no effect Suitability:no side effects, easy to swallow or break in ½, like calcium supplements ** I write this review on the product, not services, only after personally using it for a fair period of time ** Took this dilligently with the "night" pill for a month. Started dieting and working out HIIT indoor cycling at least thrice a week - i dropped 3kg. Doubled the dosage for 2nd month but reduced dieting and did same workout once a week - gained back 1.5kg after 2nd week of 2nd month. Therefore i concluded that dieting and intensive workout is the main cause for any weight loss that cannot be replaced by "lazy pills".
