Came powered at 81% & remaining 20% took approx. 2hrs to fully charge. In turn, the powerbank took approx. another 1hr to charge my Samsung (S1), the +60% to my phone used up 36% of powerbank battery. To fully charge up the powerbank seems to take long but it does provides fast charge to phone and should have more than enough battery to charge 1 round with some buffer remaining.

Ordered on 14 Sep and received on 17 Sep, fast delivery. Good deal! Can charge quite fast. Abit of the heavy side but still good for travelling as there's cables attached to the charger.

Speed of charging 40% of phone battery is close to 1 hour. Charging up the powerbank takes about 1hr for every 10% using the in-built charging cable.
