Bought 1 unit for our dinning rm, loved the performance so decided to get 3 more the next day for our bedrooms. Service is good from start to finish. Prism installer Ben is very friendly and accommodating to all our queries. He not only installed the ceiling fan, he also engaged us with relevant information regarding our purchase, of what we should do in case there is any issue. He also teached us on the functions and made sure we understand everything. Ben surely took the extra mile and we thank him for that. Superb service.

Value For Money:bought Two fans during sales. so it's $200(prism) + $30(shopee) $230 off Bought on 24 july (monday). 25 july received call to schedule for installation. Installation on 27 july. Installation 27/07 from 4pm - 8pm, but they called if they can come earlier. All done by 1pm. Highly recommended! Fan is very strong! Took the standard instead of smart as many review as smart had lots of problems. Extremely happy with my purchase.
