It comes with a lanyard so you can loop it through your hands when using the fan. The fan has 100 wind speed levels , personally I think level 24-55 is decent enough when you are outdoors and it hot and humid. The product is great for hot climates and people who hate sweating. ?% would reccomend. Charging for full tales about 1.5 hours and can last anywhere from 3-15 hours depending on what level wind speed you use. I like using as it is not noisy and helps dry off my sweat.
