Suitability:excellent Performance:ok Ear plugs are good but they are too hard to wear over long period of time. Ears will feel pain if wear over night. Supplier sent a L size pair to me even though I didn't indicate

Performance:very good, works as described. there was a wedding going on a couple blocks away and wearing these helped to block out 80% of the sound. plan to wear these to a concert to protect my hearing while still being able to enjoy the music, and i think these will work great. fits very comfortably in the ear, doesn't feel like it will fall out. really like the colour too. thank you!
