Bought this in size 44/45. Fits perfectly with just a little room. The inner sole is on the tinner side. But definitely can purchase your own inner sole for comfort. Good pair with good price point. Comfortability:comfortable but it seems like 1 size bigger than normal Material:rubber received before going to work and tried it. on wet surface it really slippery, dangerous to work in fast pace / moving fast. not kitchen shoe / anti-slip. i'll give it a try and will update again after few weeks of use.
