It says ‘serum’ which I believe it does contain, but the end product feels more like a water moisturiser, probably because it’s mixed with the SPF. No white cast as well. I’ve worn it for a few days just under my make up and haven’t broken out at all so far (i’m acne prone), so seems like it’s pretty non-comedogenic.
