According to my husband, this has helped to reduce my snoring by at least 50%, so I'm happy ! It may initially take some getting used to (clipped between your nostrils), but it hardly feels uncomfortable. The magnetic feature helps to keep the ring in place through the night. Definitely a worth buy !
